MDElliottMD: Patch PlantMedTemplate to canonical body section order per project_plant_medicine_page_spec.md set 2026-05-18: traditional_uses now renders BEFORE botany (was reversed), and the separate prohibition_history H2 has been removed (prohibition folds into traditional_uses as its closing arc). Other section order unchanged from v1. Same template fields; no template-call call sites need updating.
