The Daimonica, the witch plants, are Pendell's class "here there be dragons": plants whose effects are dangerous, unpredictable, and often produce a true delirium indistinguishable from waking reality. The tropane-bearing nightshades (Datura, belladonna, mandrake, henbane), Amanita muscaria, and Iboga belong here.
