Titration strategies

Oral dose ladder (Erowid)0

Erowid's dosage documentation for oral AMT^[1] reports the following tiers:

Threshold: 5-15 mg
Light: 10-25 mg
Common: 20-40 mg
Strong: 30-60 mg
Heavy: 60-80 mg

Onset 60 to 180 minutes after oral ingestion; peak at 3 to 5 hours; duration 10 to 14 hours (higher doses prolong duration). Aftereffects up to 1 to 5 hours. Erowid explicitly warns that the prolonged and slow onset commonly leads users to redose before initial effects peak, resulting in dangerous overdose; waiting at least 2.5 hours before any

supplemental dosing is strongly advised.
