Erowid's dosage documentation for oral DiPT reports the following tiers:

• Threshold: 15 mg
• Light: 15-30 mg
• Common: 30-75 mg
• Strong: 50-150 mg
• Heavy: 120+ mg

Erowid notes that DiPT produces "widely varying intensity of effects at each dose range" with some users reporting overpowering effects at 50 mg while others report feeling grounded at 100 mg. The medicine functions primarily as an auditory hallucinogen producing pitch-shifting effects; stronger doses may produce visual effects as well. Insufflation and vaporization routes have been used but Erowid does not provide

specific dose tiers for these routes.
