Erowid's dosage documentation for oral 2C-E[1] reports the following tiers:
- Threshold: 2-5 mg
- Light: 5-10 mg
- Common: 10-15 mg
- Strong: 15-30 mg
- Heavy: 25-40 mg
Onset 20 to 90 minutes after oral ingestion; duration 6 to 10 hours
